Her practice centres on the human figure and on the shifting relationship between the body, perception and psychological space. Figures in her work are often fragmented, translucent, isolated or partially erased. Through these states, she explores vulnerability, memory, transformation and the instability of what is seen.

Yaroshenko combines traditional mark-making with digital processes. Ink, acrylic and drawing are frequently developed through digital intervention, allowing physical gesture and digital manipulation to coexist within a single image.

Alongside figurative work, she develops contemporary still lifes that reconsider familiar everyday subjects through altered lighting, framing and digital transformation. This interest in perception also informs her use of repetition, partial visibility and visual ambiguity.

Her work has been presented in the United Kingdom and internationally, including exhibitions in London and Milan. She graduated from Staffordshire University in 2026 and continues to develop an independent contemporary art practice in the UK.
